Scope of Work
Double storey side extension in Cuckfield, including full demolition, groundworks, drainage, and structural works from substructure through to superstructure.

Key Tasks
Demolition Works: Cleared the existing structure to make way for the new extension.
Groundworks and Drainage: Completed excavation, drainage installation, and all groundwork preparation.
Block and Beam Floor: Supplied and installed a block and beam system for a solid foundation.
Substructure and Superstructure Construction: Delivered full structural works, forming the shell of the new double storey extension.
Roof Preparation: Structural build now complete and ready for the roof to be installed.
Upcoming Works: Patio construction and retaining walls planned for the final phase of the project.
