Scope of Work Structural works for front, side, and rear extensions on behalf of RBPM, with staged handovers to allow for follow-on trades and phased progression.
Key Tasks Superstructure Construction: All extensions built in block and brick, forming the full superstructure across three areas. Front Extension: Taken up to roof plate height and handed over to RBPM for cladding and rendering. Rear Extension: Ready for steel installation and roof construction, with handover now in place. Side Extension: Built up to DPC level and temporarily handed back to RBPM for further groundworks. Structure and retaining walls to follow once site is ready.
Benefits • Coordinated multi-extension build supporting phased delivery. • Clear handovers allow other contractors to progress without delay. • Robust block and brick construction across all elevations.
A well-organised project with each phase progressing in line with site readiness and collaborative planning.
