Site Clearance: Garden cleared to prepare for excavation and build.
Foundations & Substructure: Foundations dug and substructure now complete.
Drainage & Soakaway: Installed drainage system and soakaway to manage surface water effectively.
Structural Propping: Existing building propped in preparation for knockthrough works.
Next Stages: Timber suspended floor installation, followed by steels and continuation of blockwork.
