Hove Extension

Scope of Work
Complex extension project in Hove, delivered in partnership with RBPM, involving structural alterations beneath the existing first floor and new extension works.

Key Tasks
Foundations: Excavation and foundation works completed to support the new extension.
Steel Installation: Structural steels currently being fitted in preparation for the knock-through.
Knock-Through Works: Ground floor demolished while carefully retaining the first floor above.
Beam & Block Flooring: Next phase will see installation of beam and block flooring up to DPC level.
Build-Up Works: Structure to be built up to second floor once the base and steels are in place.
