Scope of Work
Ongoing structural works at Broadstreet for Sussex Homes Development, including rear and front extensions, drainage, and porch construction as part of a wider property redevelopment.

Key Tasks
Rear Single Storey Extension: Nearing completion, with drainage works finalised and structural formation underway. Steel installation is pending to complete the frame.
Drainage Installation: Completed rear drainage to support the new extension and manage surface water effectively.
Front Porch Construction: Built a small new front porch, forming part of the overall frontage upgrade.
Roof Strip Preparation: Awaiting roof strip to progress with the second-storey extension over the front of the property.
Structural Coordination: Managed the key stages of the build to ensure seamless progress between substructure and superstructure works.
