Scope of Work
Full external works package for a seafront property in Worthing, delivered in collaboration with Holmes Construction, including substructure and superstructure support, pool and annex construction, and bespoke brickwork features.

Key Tasks
Sub and Superstructure Works: Ground-up construction support, forming the foundations and framework of the build.
Porcelain Patio Installation: Supplied and laid a high-end porcelain patio to complement the modern outdoor space.
Swimming Pool Construction: Built a full-sized outdoor pool as a centrepiece for the garden.
Pool House and Annex Build: Constructed both a dedicated pool house and a separate annex to expand the property’s functionality.
Bespoke Chimney: Crafted a custom chimney, shaped carefully to follow the unique lines of the house.
Brick Piers: Installed detailed brick piers at the entrance and pool area to unify the overall aesthetic.
