Scope of Work
New build project delivered in partnership with Holmes Construction, with structural works progressing smoothly from ground level upwards.

Key Tasks
Substructure Works: Full groundwork and foundation works completed to support the new build.
Superstructure Construction: Block and brickwork brought up to DPC level, forming the base of the structure.
Preparation for Timber Frame: Site now ready for the next phase, with timber frame installation due to begin shortly.
